FEE SCHEDULE

  	The fee charged for facilitating a 1031 Exchange varies according to the complexity of the exchange
	itself. We provide all the documentation for your Exchange and work with the title company, the
	exchangor's CPA, Attorney, or lender.  Our fees are generally all inclusive. Exceptions are wiring fees,
	filing fees (if necessary) and any state or local fees and taxes associated with or caused by the transferring
	of property ownership in the case of reverse or improvement exchanges.
	As opposed to Forward (aka Deferred) Exchanges,	Reverse Exchanges and Improvement Exchanges are decidedly 
	more complex and require the utilization of a Limited Liability Company (LLC) as a holding entity.  There 
	will be an additional fee for these exchanges which includes registering the LLC.  While we do not charge 
	carrying charges or administrative fees, there are likely to be associated fees not part of the exchange 
	itself. These vary by county and state and are not covered by our fees.
